In the Office of Representation of the Ministry of Economy in the federative entity that corresponds to the domicile of the interested party, using the format SE-FO-03-033 "Direct allocation of import and export quota", presenting your e-signature and the certificate eligibility issued by the competent authority of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
